What are your operating hours?

Our standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency services are available upon request.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we provide emergency roadside assistance for urgent RV issues. Please contact us directly to check availability.

Do you work with warranty or extended warranty companies?

We collaborate with extended warranty providers and parts manufacturers. For manufacturer warranties, payment is typically made by the customer, who can then seek reimbursement.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes, we can work with your insurance company. An estimate from us is required, and the cost is applied to your deductible.

Do you install customer-supplied parts?

To ensure quality and warranty compliance, we only install parts sourced through our authorized suppliers.

What is your labor warranty?

We offer a 30-day labor warranty on all services. If there’s an issue with our workmanship, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

How do you document repairs?

Our technicians use a digital system to document all repairs, including photos and notes. You’ll be asked to provide signatures before and after the work is completed.

Do you offer financing options?

Currently, we do not offer financing. However, we can provide detailed estimates to assist with budgeting and insurance claims.
